Fulfillment & Refund Policy


1. Order Fulfillment
All digital products (courses, programs, downloads, memberships) are delivered via email or via login access immediately after purchase. If you do not receive access within 10 minutes of purchasing, please contact us at elizabeth@elizabeth-marx.com.

2. Shipping Policy (If Applicable)
We do not ship physical products unless otherwise stated. If a physical item is offered as part of a program or bundle, shipping timelines will be clearly communicated on the product page and via email.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If you have questions about whether a program or product is right for you, please reach out to us before purchasing.

4. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital products. For any issues or access problems, please email elizabeth@elizabeth-marx.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

5. Cancellation Policy (for subscriptions or memberships)
You may cancel your subscription at any time by canceling through the portal or emailing us at hello@elizabeth-marx.com at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, you’ll retain access for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
